This page allows you to configure two types of notifications: Browser Push Notifications for your browser and Broadcasting/Internal Notifications for your admin panel, user panel notifications, and support ticket chat messages.

Navigation : How to setup push notification in super-admin panel with the provided navigation path (Notification > Push Notification > Setup Notification), follow these steps and also you can search the (Setup Notification) from super-admin sidebar search box.

Browser Push Notification Configuration:

1. Method

Select the Notification Method from the dropdown. Note: Currently, only "Pusher (Message Bird)" is available.

2. Instance ID

Input your Pusher account "Beams" Instance ID.

3. Primary Key

Input your Pusher account "Beams" Primary Key.

4. Update Configuration

Click on the "Update" button to set up your Browser Push Notification Configuration.

5. How to get Instance ID & Primary Key?:

To obtain the Instance ID and Primary Key, follow these steps:

• Create a Pusher account. Click on this -> Link
• Click the "Get started" button in the Pusher Beams widget.
• Create an instance by inputting the instance name.
• In the Beams quickstart popup, click the cross button to close it.
• Go to the "Keys" tab, where you can find the Instance ID & Primary key. Copy and paste them into the Browser Push Notification Configuration.

Broadcasting/Internal Notification Configuration:

1. Method

Select the Notification Method from the dropdown. Note: Currently, only "Pusher (Message Bird)" is available

2. APP ID

Input your Pusher account "Channels" APP ID.

3. Primary Key

Input your Pusher account "Channels" Primary Key.

4. Secret Key

Input your Pusher account "Channels" Secret Key.

5. Cluster

Input your Pusher account "Channels" Cluster.

6. Update Configuration

Click on the "Update" button to set up your Broadcasting/Internal Notification Configuration.

7. How to get APP ID, Primary Key, Secret Key, and Cluster?

o obtain the APP ID, Primary Key, Secret Key, and Cluster, follow these steps:

• Create a Pusher account. Click on this -> Link
• Click the "Get started" button in the Pusher Channels widget.
• Create Pusher Channels by inputting the app name, selecting a cluster, and clicking the "Create" button.
• In the Channels quickstart popup, close it by clicking the cross button.
• Go to the "App Keys" tab, where you can find the APP ID, Primary key, Secret key, and Cluster. Copy and paste them into the Broadcasting/ Internal Notification Configuration.
