    You should subscribe after your Envato 6-month free support expires if you want continuous help with issues, updates, and technical guidance.

  • Will you fix bugs for free if I don’t have a support plan?

    No. After Envato’s free support window ends, a valid Extended Support Plan is required for bug fixes, troubleshooting, or code-level help.

  • Does the plan include full installation or customization?

    No. Installation, customization, new feature development, or design changes are not included. Those services fall under paid customization.

  • Is this a recurring subscription? Can I cancel anytime?

    Yes, it’s a monthly or annual subscription and You can cancel anytime, and your support will remain active until the end of the billing period.

  • Do you offer refunds if I don’t use the support?

    Support plans are service-based and non-refundable, even if unused—because we reserve resources and technical engineers for your plan.

  • How many products can I cover with one support plan?

    One support plan = One product license. If you have multiple products (QRPay, StripCard, XRemit, etc.), you need plans for each product.

  • How do you verify that I own the product?

    During checkout, we collect your email and purchase code. Support is only activated if the purchase code is valid and matches your product license.
